Do-It Solutions, a leader in neurodiversity screening and assessment, has been acquired by Lexxic, enhancing its workplace services. Founded by Professor Amanda Kirby, Do-It offers tools and training to promote neurodiversity. Do-It Solutions, a prominent neurodiversity tech venture known for its screening and assessment tools, has been acquired by Lexxic, a London-based company specializing in workplace neurodiversity. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Founded by Professor Amanda Kirby in Cardiff, Do-It Solutions has developed a web-based profiler system aimed at enhancing cognitive assessment and well-being, alongside training resources for organizations to better support neurodiversity.

Lexxic focuses on providing neurodiversity assessments and training services designed specifically for workplace environments. As a leader in this niche sector, the acquisition positions Lexxic to expand its offerings and reach. The transaction was advised by Gambit Corporate Finance, which led the advisory team, and was accompanied by legal support from Acuity Law.

Frank Holmes, a partner at Gambit and chair of Do-It, emphasized the significant positive impact the solutions have on individuals with diverse talents. He remarked on the privilege of collaborating with Professor Kirby, noting the tailored support that organizations can provide to neurodiverse employees, enhancing workforce diversity.
