ACI Blueteam, an Italian travel management company, reported an exceptional performance in 2024, with sales increasing by 5% year-on-year, reaching €270 million. General Manager Roberto Bettinelli described the year as extraordinary, highlighting ACI Blueteam’s significant role in the business travel sector, which contributed €180 million to sales, marking a 2.8% increase from 2023.

The company also experienced substantial growth in its meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) segment, achieving a 27% rise to €26 million. Additionally, leisure travel sales rose by 20% to €25 million. Founded in 1998, ACI Blueteam is part of the ACI (Automobile Club Italia) Group and ranks as the fifth largest travel management company in Italy and 21st in Europe as per the 2024 Leading TMCs list.

These favorable results are attributed to innovative strategic initiatives, targeted investments in technology, and effective collaboration with Automobile Club Italia, enhancing the company’s visibility in the sports automotive domain. ACI Blueteam successfully grew its business travel revenue amid a contraction in the fashion sector, which represents 60% of its corporate travel earnings.

The firm emphasized its significant growth driven by process optimization and the introduction of exclusive services, such as ground transport and VIP concierge offerings to enhance client experience. For 2025, ACI Blueteam plans to diversify its market presence while continuing to cater to the fashion industry with tailored solutions.

In the MICE division, the company aims to expand its focus on sustainable events and plans to launch the RIDE initiative, which will combine elements of fashion, fine cuisine, and thrilling automotive experiences. Upcoming developments also include integrating New Distribution Capability (NDC) airline content into their offerings and enhancing their proprietary self-booking platform, BT Tool, with new features.
